How do I book a service?
You can either call us on Free Phone 0800 050 2100 or you can fill out our online form and one of our team will contact you.
Can I get services in the evening or at the weekend?
Although most of our services are provided Monday to Friday within office hours, our care services can be provided outside of these hours according to your requirements. Very often one of our approved suppliers will be able to visit you on evenings and weekends if necessary.
Can I pay online?
We don't currently have an on-line payment facility, but this will be up and running shortly.
What if there's a service I want but it's not on your list?
Our aim is to provide you with the services you want and it is important that we develop our services in line with the needs and requirements of our customers. If the service you require is not on our list, get in touch and we will do what we can to help.
Can I book a service for a regular visit?
You can book services for a one-off visit or arrange for a member of our team to visit regularly.
Are all your staff vetted, trained and approved?
Our staff are carefully selected and given the specialist training they need. All of our team have been CRB checked and we ask that everyone on our list of suppliers are CRB checked too.
All of the electrical services we provide are carried out by qualified, certified electricians. Our gas and central heating work is carried out by CORGI approved installers.

Can I see your products before I buy?
You can make an appointment to come to our showroom and see some of the changes you could make to your home. If you're not sure what you want, we can meet with you to discuss all the options.
